Incline knurl nuts of different types including :

IKNC,which is made of steel : Surface treatment: Cementite, plating

KNB,which is made of brass;

IKNS,which is made of stainless steel ;

IKNHS.which is made of stainless steel and are installed in stainless steel sheet.

Threaded size for steel nuts are : M2,M2.5,M2.6,M3,M4,M5,M6,M8,M10,M12,M16,M20;   

  Surface treatment for steel nuts are : cementite ,plating

 Thread size for stainless steel are:M2.6,M3,M4,M5,M6,M8

Thread size for brass nuts are: M3,M4,M5.

Characters:

1.The Kalei nut is usually installed in sheet material which are difficult to joint with, the sheet thickness can be less than 0.6mm.

2.Installation is very easy. No need for special tooling, air pressure and hydraulic press would be enough for simple installation.

3.The part under head has its unique shape, when it is presses in, sheet are fixed, and higher installation strehgth is obtained.

4.Still can be used after surface treatment.
